Shipping Information

Delivery & Reach

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a quiet town, we ensure Veloura reaches you. Note that delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Dispatch Protocols

All orders are hand-packed and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are sent via SMS/Email immediately after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to have a seamless experience. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products with tampered seals or missing boxes.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
