A. Ordering & Payment

You can browse our collection, select your preferred fragrance, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Simply enter your delivery details and complete the payment to place your order successfully.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other secure digital payment methods supported through our payment gateway.

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid to ensure faster and more secure processing.

B. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Yes, we deliver to most locations across India. Delivery availability may vary slightly for remote areas.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

C. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

D. Product & Fragrance

Our perfumes are crafted using high-quality ingredients designed to offer long-lasting performance. Longevity may vary depending on skin type and usage conditions.

Store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its fragrance quality over time.

Yes, all Veloura fragrances are genuine and carefully curated to meet our quality standards. We do not deal in counterfeit or diluted products.

E. Account & Support

You can browse products without an account, but creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your profile, and enjoy a smoother checkout experience.
